Salted Fudge Brownies


It's powdered sugar, not salt on the top!

This is a delicious brownie. The recipe came from the Food and Wine Website. It produces a think, dense chocolately bar.  Ever since I tasted a white chocolate covered pretzel I have loved the sweet salty combination.

It is a really great recipe.  It can be put together quickly and easily with basic baking ingredients.  I did, however, have to buy a 9-inch square pan.  I have always used an 8 by 8 pan, but lately I have seen more recipes calling for the larger pan.

Sweet, salty goodness! Yummy
